Refund Policy

Customer satisfaction is no.1 priority at Show-offs.com.au and we want you to be completely satisfied and happy with your order.  

If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase we will give you a 10 day money-back guarantee from the time you receive the goods. Please email us at customerservice@show-offs.com.au within that time if you are not satisfied with your purchase so that we can resolve any problems.

This refund policy does not apply to goods which have been worn or used, damaged after delivery, or if any attempt has been made to alter the product or if they have been dropped or broken. All products must be returned in their original condition.

All postage and insurance costs are to be paid by the buyer. We recommend that you return the product via Registered post and that you pre-pay all postage. You assume any risk of lost, theft or damaged goods during transit & therefore advise you take out shipment registration of insurance with your postal carrier.   Show-offs.com.au will not be responsible for parcels lost or damaged in transit if you choose not to insure.

Personalized Items

Please order personalized and monogrammed items carefully; personalized and monogrammed orders cannot be cancelled, and personalized and monogrammed items are not returnable.

PLEASE NOTE:  For Registered and Non-Registered customers, if order status is "shipped," it cannot be cancelled.  A restocking fee will apply to items cancelled after 30 days from the original order date.

Delivery

All products purchased from Show-offs.com.au are delivered from Sydney, Australia.

All orders are processed within 24 hrs from receipt of order. Out of stock items will be processed as back order.

When placing an order, you have the option of choosing Regular Post or Express Post:

Regular Post  - within Australia

Regular Post items are posted using Australia Post's regular parcel delivery service, and take about 2-5 business days to arrive from postage date (though be aware that there may be delays on behalf of Australia Post).

All orders $70 and over will be shipped free anywhere within Australia.   Orders below this amount will be charged Australia Post’s regular parcel delivery service, starting from $5.75 depending on size and weight of the product.

Express Post ($8 Flat Fee) - within Australia

If you require a faster service, we can arrange for Express Post (next business day delivery from postage date to Australian capital cities) at an additional $8 flat fee. 

Please note: To country or regional areas, Express Post delivery may take slightly longer compared to capital cities.

International Orders

For deliveries to the US, UK and Canada, Airmail delivery is charged at AUD$12. For other countries, please email us for specific pricing. To place an order from overseas, simply email us with the list of products you wish to purchase, your delivery location, and we will send you the total price with a request for payment details. Items will then be sent out the following business day after payment is received.
