RETURNS 

If an item is damaged or faulty, please let us know within 7 days of receipt by contacting enquiries@show-offs.com.au, and we can authorise return or exchange as per our Returns and Exchange Policy.  We do not offer returns based upon change of mind, please choose carefully.

EXCHANGE

Your satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please contact us at, enquiries@show-offs.com.au within 7 days of receipt and we can rectify the problem promptly. Once authorised to return the order, items must be received in original packaging, in an unworn and unwashed condition with tags attached at the buyer’s expense to:

We are more than happy to add a personalised card to any orders. See our cards under the CARDS and WRAPPING section. Purchasing a gift? We'd love to wrap it for you!

Using unique fair trade and handmade recycled paper and materials, we can give the finishing touch to your gift in a way that is both eco-friendly and beautiful too!

Our standard gift wrapping service adds just $4.00 to your order price, or select our Premium service for only $6.00 for presentation to take your breath away!

All items will be otherwise wrapped in brown paper with a ribbon. A message can be placed in the comments section during checkout if you wish to request a specific ribbon colour. We will try our best to meet your needs.

Our rainbow polka dot-stripe gift bags are popular sellers!

You'll get one transparent polka dot or stripe plastic shopping bag with handles, three pieces of bright aqua tissue, and a matching aqua gift card tied with bright Raffia ribbon. Gift bag will arrive folded neat and flat unless items are shipped directly to recipient or stated otherwise in your comments during checkout.

Gift bag fits items up to 16x6x12 inches, and Bag-a-roo backpack bags are a bit narrower at approx. 14x18 inches - large toys will not fit in either bag but may be gift wrapped instead. If in doubt, contact us or order paper wrap instead.

SHIPPING

We will endeavour to ship items within 24 hours of payment being received.

Orders are shipped Australia wide via Australia Post Express Post service.  Delivery charges are automatically calculated when you have completed your shopping online.

Orders over $70 will be shipped free of charge.

In the event a parcel is not delivered or damaged in any way, please contact us at enquiries@show-offs.com.au, and we will endeavour to resolve the matter.
